HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! They took money from me and WILL NOT give it back… the manager said I would have to call corporate for a refund after trying to get my money back since January 9th. Their phones don’t work, I came in and told them and they are aware and said there’s nothing they can do about it. Long story short, Winn Dixie in PGA stole $52 from a single mom of 4 and after weeks of popping up for a manager name Yissel (very rude and short with me even though I never seen her in that store before) and her never being there, she finally tells me to call corporate. The absolute worst customer service whatever so ever!!!

They closed my location, I was pissed because the CEO was supposed to evaluate the store never did. Just closed and laid off everyone. Been shopping at Publix Walmart and Amazon ever since.

Went shopping when I went to check out I had them use my UCard first because it covers things that are not covered under EBT it went through but they stopped the transaction and said I had to use EBT first which canceled the benefits from UCard so I had to pay cash for the balance contacting attorney general office

I ordered through door dash.My order was short by a lot.
The manager refused to help me and told me it was a door dash problem when Winn Dixie took my money.
I will be in touch with a lawyer tomorrow.

This store has really gone down hill. It's such a mess. Sad. No wonder people don't want to shop here. We used to all the time but it's just dingy and dirty now.

I give it a 3 instead of a 1 because of the prices and pretty decent selection. And the best roast beef from the deli (Deitz and Watson). And there can be some good sales. They didn't get a 4 or 5 from me because the customer service is terrible! It wasn't isolated to one time. About a week later, it was as bad and several times since (as to why I go back again? The roast beef). I only go in and out and definitely don't enjoy shopping here. I waited about 20 minutes for someone to wait on me. I'd be told someone would "be right there." After a while, I went to the front desk to ask for help. There was no one there. After the one cashier that was at the front went and found her, the manager walked over with me to the deli. She went in back and came out with a woman to cut my order. There was a language barrier. I don't speak Creole or Spanish, so it was difficult explaining "shaved cut." It's been bad and gotten worse for the last year, especially the last 6 months
