My family has two properties and flooding is a regular issue PLUS wear and tear with each building after one year. People are constantly moving in and out. Buyer Beware! (Look up the CEO and his own personal elevator article. Says a lot.) My strata insurance has doubled year after year and it's because the BUILD is POOR.

Also, Rancho Management Group is a scapegoat for the company. They hide Concord's wrongdoings in order to keep their contract with them. All Rancho Management Agents are rude and manipulate facts in order to keep costs low which in turn makes tenants suffer in silence or take the legal route.

A nightmare.

As an owner of at least 4 condos within several buildings built by this developer, after several years, I’m gradually realizing how structurally improper construction and low quality materials have been used for these buildings! From the cracks between the floors, and on some walls, bursting pipes throughout the building, to poor functioning Richmond elevators, low quality appliances, heat pumps, etc.
I’m trying to sell all of them, to get rid of the headache they’ve caused!

Real estate develops need work off an ethical code of conduct, knowing how important housing is, and what a shortage we are in. You let your CEO file a law suit for something horrible and selfish and I hope your PR takes a hit because of it. Do better!

Corrupt business. The CEO of the company lives in the penthouse of a building owned by the company. Abused his power to claim the entire second floor of the amenity space despite it going against Strata rules. He had to be dragged to court because he was unwilling to budge over a shared amenity space.

Worst possible experience, as a tenant in a new unit at concord hillside west rented out by prompton.

First month:
After moving in - autodoor doesn't work - which is fine, but they didnt know how to turn it off, and it kept trying to close the door and making a noise, so they turned off a breaker which supplied power to half the house. Took them more than 1 month to get a technician in. For one and half months half the house had no power. They had no updates when we tried to contact. Also there is no customer support contact number. They keep asking us to contact customer support over email.

Second month:
Lights started flickering and surge protectors showed that sockets are not grounded. Power in the sockets was coming on and off. Thermostat / HVAC in half the house stopped working. Sent them an "email" because no other way to reach them. Took the entire day and they had apparently sent over a technician who had knocked at the door and left & they didn't think to call to check. The entire day working from home, with no wifi and heating. Tried reaching out to concierge and prompton real estate - they said they were reaching out to concord over email - because again - apparently thats the only way to reach out to them, even when its urgent.

Concord pacific and prompton have little accountability and are rather sloppy. In an emergency, should one occur, pretty sure none of them will assist. I will definitely think twice before considering either of them again in the future.

I would advise anyone to not buy in a Concord Pacific building.
I live in TV Towers 233 Robson St.
I would say it's the worst built building I have ever lived in.
Constant elevator shut downs.
And constant faulty fire alarms that we are always needing to evacuate the building for.
Not to mention the shoddy build in the apartments.
Just a horribly built building

Buy with another developer......

Basically an office to deal with Concord. It has a nice layout and is easy to locate if you have to do business with them.
