Coastal Realty is an excellent company to do business with.
They have a very good selection of properties to choose from. The Property Manager was very instrumental in helping us select the best property for our needs.
The staff was very friendly and helpful making sure we had a pleasant stay. Since they are located in St Augustine beach, they were able to give us ideas of the things we wanted to do.
Coastal Realty exceeded our expectations!

The condo my family and I rented was clean and fully equipped for a family beach stay. The checking in and out process was seamless and easy to navigate. I had one minor maintenance issue at the condo that was addressed within 12 hours of it being raised after hours on the weekend. Staff was also very accommodating and flexible with respect to our requests. Also, condo was centrally located to a number of restaurants and other family activities within walking distance. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting St. Augustine.

We rented a unit at Seaside at Anastatia through Coastal Realty and they were wonderful to work with. Excellent communication and very accommodating when our original reservation was interrupted by hurricane Milton!
Cassie was easy to work with and very helpful with making changes. I would not hesitate to work with Coastal Reality on my next trip!

I stayed in a Sea Place condo for 4 months and it was a great experience. Finding a condo was made super easy by Georgia. I emailed her what dates I was looking for and my price range and she sent many options. She also sent a breakdown of the cost each month and listened to our wants and needs, taking everything into consideration. Checking in and out was made very easy by coastal realty. The condo we stayed in was nice and homey. We did not need to reach out to Coastal Realty much during our stay because we had no issues. I would definitely use Coastal Realty and stay at Sea Place again!

This is our "go to" place when visiting St. Augustine. It is has all the comforts of home, an amazing view and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Each unit is independently owned, so each has unique decor. The location is perfect. Beautiful marina/water views and peaceful, but a quick 5-7 minute uber ride to the hustle and bustle of downtown. Run, don't walk to book your trip here now!

Beware Coastal Realty. A company that clearly thrives on its short-term vacation rentals, in turn neglects its long-term tenants. This is a management office that's perfectly happy to allow tenants to go two days without running water, months with a clearly sinking foundation that was flagged numerous times by inspectors alongside multiple other concerns, and on top of that hires convicted felons to "repair" said foundational problems which then get dragged out across three months due to said felon going through litigation. Furthermore, demands its tenants who are in the process of vacating the premises for their """Renovations""" (i.e sanding, spackling and repainting...) to continue to pay for utilities for a MONTH AFTER VACATING. Roach motels have more respect than the properties under Coastal's care. For any potential renters, stay as far away from these people as possible.

Have a broke foot got a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo didn't tell us till I call. Confim it had updtairs bedroom 15 stairs awful went Sunday left Monday never agsin

We loved our time at the Ocean Village Club in St. Augustine. My family has been staying here for years and my husband and I were excited to carry on the tradition. We had a great time and being able to walk to the beach is especially wonderful. My only advice would be that the rooms could definitely use some upgrading as they have been the same since I was a kid. But always clean, nice and enjoyable.
