Since implementing an automated appointment scheduling and reminder system, my practice has seen a significant decrease in the number of missed appointments and an increase in the number of patients seen. CompanyOn has made it much easier for our patients to schedule and confirm appointments, and the reminders have helped to ensure that they don't forget. Up to August 2022 we were using a different software, for about 18 months, for our Foot Care Business we operate in Prescott Ontario.
Last August we found CompanyOn and thought we should give it a try. The main reason for changing was Charting and Treatment Note taking. The previous software was lacking in those areas. France, the owner and operating, is extremely pleased at the ease and comfort this software has provided, allowing her to concentrate more on patient care, as well as, allowing her enough time to chart between patients.
From an accounting / administrative perspective CompanyOn founders have allotted numerous Zoom meetings to my business partner to ask / inquiry / implement changes to enhance the overall product for all users, not just us.
France recommends this product for Foot Care Nurses who operate a mobile or clinic based business.

Managing patient records used to be a tedious and error-prone task, but not anymore. Ever since I started using CompanyOn’s electronic patient charting, it has become so much easier. With all patient data stored electronically, I can now access their information with just a few clicks, even when I am on the go!
