EXCELLENT programs. I completed both the ODCP and the ODCC. Both programs strengthened my OD skills, enabling me to offer support that is much more meaningful to clients. The programs are relevant and timely, covering both classic/basic OD concepts and principles AND more contemporary approaches to best practices. The programs are well-organized, and provide many opportunities for instructor-student interaction. I also found great value in the off-line virtual study groups. These groups exposed me to a diverse set of OD professionals who work in environments (and company cultures!) very different from my experience base. Nancy Z. and Patti D. were exceptionally knowledgeable in their discipline, and both were willing to share practical solutions to some of my more convoluted "embedded consultant" dilemmas. I gave the IOD 5 stars -- but only because I could not give 6 stars!

I recently completed the ODCC program, which was a wonderful, personalized and highly valuable experience working with an OD expert coach who guided me through a few projects while applying what I was learning. I would highly recommend this program to other OD enthusiasts who could use sharpening and refinement of traditional and emerging OD competencies. It was excellent! Thanks to Patti Dammann and the entire IOD Team! I'm honored to be on of your ODCC recipients!

The ODCP program gave me a “road map” that empowered me with a step-by-step process to lead change initiatives. I’ve had 4 major O.D. projects that I’ve been working on while going through the ODCP training: 1) Clarify the top 3-5 values of our organization 2) Architect and implement a leadership development pipeline 3) Design a career path for one of our departments 4) Develop a succession plan where about 55% of the department’s leaders will be eligible for retirement in 2 years The principles I learned are helping me engage leaders with a process that draws out the best decisions, while generating maximum ownership. I have been transformed through this certification process—enabling me to become a better transformational leader for our organization.

The ODCP course exceeded my expectations - very well structured, delivered in manageable chunks, and with a strong focus on applying ideas and new skills immediately. I am already seeing a difference in how I approach challenges within my office. Many thanks!
