Horrible property management company. Vary unprofessional behavior on their behalf. I was a tenant at a property in RESEDA For around 2 years. When ever something broke or needed to be repaired it would take up to weeks to get someone out to get said repair done. My family and I had moved in and I had some questions in regards to the property and one of the staff members of this property management company has told me to basically screw off I was only a tenant there. I had no say or opinion because I was only a tenant and was not the head of the lease agreement. 90% of the power outlets were extremely lose. Really cheap paint was used to give a little patch over the walls. When my family and I got the keys to said place it was a mess. Upon leaving we hired a professional cleaning to every out and return the place better than we had received it. We still got charged for the deep cleaning and “wear and tear” of the place after we had left it way better the receiving it ( I still have pictures of everything before and afters) . In conclusion I’ll never be renting through a property management company ever again and if you can possibly go through renting with the owner directly do it. Save yourself the headache and hassles that comes with dealing with companies like this one.

This company is super unethical. We were tenants at a property they manage in reseda and this experience taught me and my family to deal with landlords directly now rather than work with property management companies. When we received the keys to the place, it was in need of a deep clean as it was shocking to see how dirty the place was. We let that slide and cleaned it ourselves to expedite the move in process. When it came time to leave the property about 2 years, we payed for deep cleaning and made sure to leave the property in even better hands than the way it was given to us. With all the effort in that, they still shorted us on our deposit refund. We made sure to contact them and point out terms in the lease agreement that state we would not be charged for “normal wear and tear” which we were in fact still charged. All in all, would recommend anybody to find another company who respect their own lease agreement terms.

As you can see, their response is defensive which isn’t surprising as they’re trying to play victim. Trying to direct others to “great reviews” is silly when you stand in front of current tenants’ face telling them to please leave a five star review by scanning your little barcode. Talk about dishonesty.

My intent is not to bash on your business but to save other potential tenants from going through annoying hassles and bad service. Charging $530 for nail holes and “scuff marks” (normal wear and tear) + another $350 for a deep clean that was never performed upon receiving the property is indeed unethical. Please do yourselves a favor and attach images so we can do the same of before and afters. I’d be happy to expose further 🙂
